Our Reservation Policy

Whilst we encourage online bookings, please be aware that there may be limited availability. If your preferred time is unavailable, please contact the restaurant directly on +61 (02) 9220 0111. If your booking is for 6 or more we require credit card details to secure your reservation. If you fail to arrive for your booking or cancel less than 48 hours prior to your reservation a cancellation fee may apply.

We require all reservations to be confirmed prior to the booking. We will try to confirm with you, however if you have not been contacted please phone or email us directly. We reserve the right to cancel any un-confirmed reservations. For some bookings at 6:00 pm and 6:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays, your table may be limited to a 2 hour time frame.

Our new at-home dining service will allow Sydneysiders to enjoy ready-made meals from Bentley Restaurant + Bar, Monopole, Yellow and Cirrus in the comfort of their own homes. There is also the option to select Nick Hildebrandt’s suggested wine pairings or a signature cocktail.

There are four menus to choose from, ranging in price from $85 to $110. Each meal is designed for two and comes almost ready to eat, but you can still hone your home chef skills with a few finishing touches in your own kitchen. The launch menu’s are now online over at the

Located on the waterfront at Barangaroo and specialising in seafood, Cirrus is the creation of chef Brent Savage and sommelier Nick Hildebrandt, the multi award-winning team behind Bentley Restaurant + Bar, Monopole and Yellow.
With stunning views across the northern end of Darling Harbour to Pyrmont and Goat Island, Cirrus offers the finest waterfront dining in Sydney. With both indoor and outdoor seating, it is ideal for everything from an intimate dinner to a long weekend lunch.
Brent’s menu at Cirrus reflects the location, and is created from the finest seasonal produce from local growers and sustainably-caught seafood. Non-seafood eaters and vegetarians are also catered for. Nick’s wine list always pairs superbly with Brent’s food, you’ll find more than 500 wines from around the world on the list from the cutting-edge to the classic.

Cirrus is open from 12pm for lunch and 6pm for dinner seven days a week. Bookings are welcome and recommended.
