Taste Obsession Singapore at Cirrus
Cirrus Dining is gearing up for a celebration of all things Singapore this March and April. Following a 3-night collaboration with visiting chef Wayne Liew from Keng Eng Kee, Cirrus will continue with a 6-week pop-up featuring a special Singapore-inspired menu designed by Brent Savage. We will be offering an a la carte menu along with a shared style tasting menu @ $90 per person. The pop-up will run from the 6th of March to the 12th of April.
During the activation, the regular Cirrus menu will not be available. From the 14th of April onwards, guests can reserve tables for our standard offering.
Due to works associated with building the Crown Casino, there will be construction outside Cirrus for 12-weeks, starting Monday 17th February. To complete the construction, there will be fencing outside the venue that will restrict the views. Access will be maintained via Barangaroo Avenue or Wulugul Walk.
Located on the waterfront at Barangaroo and specialising in seafood, Cirrus is the creation of chef Brent Savage and sommelier Nick Hildebrandt, the multi award-winning team behind Bentley Restaurant + Bar, Monopole and Yellow.
With stunning views across the northern end of Darling Harbour to Pyrmont and Goat Island, Cirrus offers the finest waterfront dining in Sydney. With both indoor and outdoor seating, it is ideal for everything from an intimate dinner to a long weekend lunch.
Brent’s menu at Cirrus reflects the location, and is created from the finest seasonal produce from local growers and sustainably-caught seafood. Non-seafood eaters and vegetarians are also catered for. Nick’s wine list always pairs superbly with Brent’s food, you’ll find more than 500 wines from around the world on the list from the cutting-edge to the classic.
Cirrus is open from 12pm for lunch and 6pm for dinner seven days a week. Bookings are welcome and recommended.
