Our Reservation Policy

Whilst we encourage online bookings, please be aware that there may be limited availability. If your preferred time is unavailable, please contact the restaurant directly on +61 (02) 9220 0111. We require credit card details to secure your reservation. If you fail to arrive for your booking or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your reservation a cancellation fee may apply.

If you are interested in booking the restaurant exclusively, please contact [email protected].

We require all reservations to be confirmed prior to the booking. We will try to confirm with you, however if you have not been contacted please phone or email us directly. We reserve the right to cancel any un-confirmed reservations. For some bookings at 6:00 pm and 6:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays, your table may be limited to a 2 hour time frame.

Gosset + Frapin Dinner

Gosset is the oldest Wine House in Champagne, and is the definition of luxury when it comes to celebrating with something bubbly.  Similarly in the region, The Frapin family have been distilling wine into world class Cognac for 20 generations.

Monday September 11th, Bertrand Verduzier, Import Director of Champagne Gosset, Cognac Frapin and world renowned wine enthusiast, will join us for an intimate dinner celebrating the best of the Champagne region.

Taste through 7 different Gosset cuvées including their Blanc de Blanc, the 2006 vintage and 3 vintages of the flagship ‘Celebris’.  All this matched with brilliant seafood from Brent Savage, and to finish; three Frapin Cognacs.

We are honoured to have Bertrand host this special evening of fine food & drink on the waterfront at Barangaroo. Tickets are $180 per person. The event starts at 7pm, and places are very limited.  Book here.
